The hotel is located in Bryggen, close to most of the main places in Bergen tourists tend to visit. The facilities are well maintained and clean. We stayed a few nights, in two types of rooms and they were both clean and comfortable. All the sfaff members are extremely kind and helpful with whatever topic they are requested to assist with. * I would like to specifically appreciate the help of Isabella, who assisted us with two personal matters in a manner which was more that what she would have been expected to (Thank you again!). And as everyone else writes and says - breakfast is very varied and good.

We had a rather large double room (it was an upgrade), almost the size of a studio. The view was great, to the harbour, however it was not noisy. All the facilities in the room were functional and the staff replaced all the towels every single day, although when we did not leave any towel on the bathroom floor as a sign that we wanted them replaced. The breakfast was very good and varied (cold and hot food and drinks) and worth the money (fir us it was included in the room rate). The breakfast area is quite large, although it was quite busy on a couple of mornings (it tends to get busier between 9-10am). It was really useful to be able to rent umbrellas from the reception as we did not have any and it rained every day we were in Bergen. It’s about £2 for 48hrs per umbrella, which I think it’s a decent price. The receptionists and all the hotel staff we interacted with were very nice, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is perfect, 2-3 minutes walking distance from the Floybanen station, Fishmarket, the harbour, Bryggen, many restaurants, a couple of supermarkets, public transport stations, souvenir shops. It’s worth booking your stay at this hotel if you want to be close to almost everything in terms of touristic hotspots and places to eat/drink out.

Luxurious and clean rooms. Amazing bathroom with bathtub and Rituals bathroom products. Very rich breakfest. Free cofee and tea in the lobby. Friendly accomodating stuff . The hotel is few steps from historic city centre, close to fish market and glacier cruises. We were bit afraid due to some comments at Google before arrival but it has shown as not reliable.

The breakfast and the location are just perfect! The breakfast has a lot of options and the staff are always replacing empty trays or offering coffee. The location is just perfect, 5 minutes walking from every where! The staf where very nice.

Very helpful reception staff and wonderful breakfast. Located in the heart of Bergen, just a few blocks to Bryggens historic district and the Floibanen incline tram.

The hotel is perfectly located with only a short walk to Bryggen, restaurants, the fish market, shops and the funicular railway. Breakfast is amazing with a huge range of options - I particularly liked the fresh fish, breads and cheeses. Rooms were clean, functional and just what we needed. We were a large group of 40 including young people so being able to have up to five in a room was a bonus. Given it's location and quality we thought we got excellent value for money. Staff were very helpful too.

We got transferred to Admiral due to off season the hotel and its views were out of this world, breakfast was spot on, free coffee in the lobby was a really nice touch
